Return/Exchange Policy

All our product(s) are thoroughly checked to ensure the product(s) you received are in good conditions, before the delivery is made. If you happen to receive a defective product, please return the product in it's original condition with the packaging accompanied within 3 days from dispatch date. We will then provide you with a full refund or exchange a brand new set (subject to stock availability; may replace with the same item but in different design).

Local mail charges (both ways) will be borne by customer and we will not be responsible for items lost in mail. Please be advised that shipping/postage and handling charges are not refundable. Any further charges incurred upon the return of the items are to be borne by the customer as well.

All returns/exchanges will be accessed on a case-by-case basis.
